Your number and preferences

Effective October 20, 2026. DIGITL INC. DBA CLICKFLOW operates LiveLead and its agent call-alert program. This page describes information used for that SMS program.

What we collect and why

We store the phone number you provide, your workspace and signed-in account, your alert preference, consent or withdrawal time, and the version of the disclosure you accepted. We use these records to administer your preferences and prevent messages after you opt out. Delivery records include notification content, provider message identifiers, delivery states and errors.

Service providers and access

We use Twilio to send and receive text messages. LiveLead records are stored using our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase. Authorized workspace staff and platform administrators can access information needed to operate the service. We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers processing information to deliver or support this service are an exception.

Control your texts

Reply STOP to the sending number or turn off your texts in Team. Consent to agent alerts does not grant permission to text the callers themselves or enroll you in another workspace's alerts. We retain preference and delivery records to operate the service, honor opt-outs and meet applicable obligations.
